Terms & Conditions
As soon as you place your order and paid for it, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system, payment is confirmed and that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via email. However, if your item(s) will become available for shipment within 5 business days of ordering, we will consider it as ‘in stock’, and process the charges and prepare the order for shipment as we would normally do.
If your order is in stock and payment is confirmed, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse to the address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
By Dutch law all orders may be cancelled anytime within 14 days after receiving the order. Please inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to prevent your order from being shipped.
If your order has been shipped at the time of your cancellation, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. In that case refunds will only be issued after we have received the item(s), and only to the original PayPal account, bank account or credit card that you used when placing your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with our product(s) and intend to send it back, please inform us immediately by email to email@example.com. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving. Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition and properly packed, and you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds for returned orders will only be issued after we have received the item(s), and only to the original PayPal account, bank account or credit card that you used when placing your order.
We reserve the right to charge you up to 75% of the order amount for returns not shipped back in a timely fashion. Custom ordered items are not refundable under any circumstances.
Of course we make every effort to ship your ordered item(s) timely and accurately. When your received order is incomplete, please contact us immediately by email. Any missing item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible and of course we pay for shipping.
Please inspect the packaging of your order upon receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org accompanied by pictures. We will provide you with the proper return address so you can send it back to us immediately. We will file an insurance claim with our carrier and prepare a new shipment for you that will be sent off as soon as we received the damaged goods back in the Netherlands. All claims for damaged or defect products must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt.
Shipping and Warranty:
Most shipping costs for repaired or replaced items to and from us to you will be shared. You agree to pay for shipping to us and we agree to pay for shipping of the repaired or replaced item back to you. We will give you the proper return address. Do not send any items back without us sending you the proper return address.
In the event that a Locoparasaxo™ product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, We shall issue a credit to the same PayPal account, bank account or credit card account that was used to place the order.
We are focused on providing our customers with flawless products and we maintain the highest standards at our quality control station. However, our instrument stands are in large part made by hand and therefore allowance must be made for minor differences in the assembly and finish between individual stands. Prior to shipping, all of our products are carefully inspected again. So if you find you have any quality problems with your order upon receipt, please contact us immediately by email, accompanied by pictures. Of course we cover all defects which are verifiably material defects or manufacturing defects.
Our instrument stands are made of steel and their construction carries a lifetime warranty. So even if you decide to sell your Locoparasaxo™ stand this warranty will remain valid. In addition, we offer a free replacement part service for all additional components of our stands for a period of 10 years. After 10 years replacement parts are still free but we will charge a small fee for postage. Of course we covers all defects which are clearly manufacturing defects. These have to be reported to us by email to email@example.com within seven (7) business days after receiving your order, accompanied by clear pictures of the defect. Please also read the conditions of our Shipping and Return Policy.
If you purchased one of our products from a local dealer, contact them first with any warranty issues. The warranty does not cover the following:
Damages resulting from faulty or improper mounting. Product defects which are the result of improper use, exceptional environmental conditions, abnormal operating conditions, strain or inadequate maintenance or care. Product defects which are caused by the use of replacement parts which are not original components. Products which have been modified or altered.
Locoparasaxo shall not be held responsible or in default under any contract or order or liable to anyone for any losses or damages arising from delay, inability or failure to fill orders or to perform its obligations caused by acts of God, force majeure, fire, flood, explosion, accident, strike or other labor trouble, the exercise of civil or military authority, scarcity of labor or materials, transportation difficulties, demand exceeding supply, voluntary or compulsory application of priority rationing, limitation of production or any regulations by governmental order, or any cause or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or resulting from any scheme of allocation among its customers in the event of shortage or delay.
