Rules we go by!

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and paid for, it will ship the same day, but certainly within 2 business days from the date of your order. Find the shipping cost here. We will send you tracking information just before your order leaving our warehouse to the address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@locoparasaxo.com.

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order and paid for it, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system, payment is confirmed and that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail. However, if your item(s) will become available for shipment within 5 business days of ordering, we will consider it as ‘in stock’, and process the charges and submit the order for shipment as we would normally do.

Cancellation and Returns:

All orders may be cancelled by email within 30 days after receiving.

If your order has already shipped by the time you cancel the order, you must refuse the delivery once it arrives at your doorstep. That way the goods will be returned to us automaticly.

If  you accept delivery of a cancelled order you are responsable for the shipping cost for returning your order to us.

Refunds will only be issued after we received the item(s) and only to the original PayPal or other account or credit card that you used to make the payment when initially placing your order. Product(s) must be returned in immaculate state and properly packed. Again, the cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer.

After 30 days Locoparasaxo may reject the return request or charge up to a 50 % return charge. Custom ordered items are not refundable under any circumstances.

Belgium, Germany zone : 2 to 4 days

Europe with € zone : 2 to 6 days

Europe without € zone : 2 to 7 days
