If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via email. However, if your item(s) will become available for shipment within 5 business days of ordering, we will consider it as ‘in stock’, and process the charges and prepare the order for shipment as we would normally do.

Cancelatation:

By Dutch law all orders may be cancelled anytime within 14 days after receiving the order. Please inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible by email to info@locoparasaxo.com, to prevent your order from being shipped.

If your order has been shipped at the time of your cancellation, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. In that case refunds will only be issued after we have received the item(s), and only to the original PayPal account, bank account or credit card that you used when placing your order.

Typographical Errors:

In the event that a Locoparasaxo™ product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, We shall issue a credit to the same PayPal account, bank account or credit card account that was used to place the order.

Quality:

We are focused on providing our customers with flawless products and we maintain the highest standards at our quality control station. However, our instrument stands are in large part made by hand and therefore allowance must be made for minor differences in the assembly and finish between individual stands. Prior to shipping, all of our products are carefully inspected again. So if you find you have any quality problems with your order upon receipt, please contact us immediately by email, accompanied by pictures. Of course we cover all defects which are verifiably material defects or manufacturing defects.

Warranty:

Our instrument stands are made of steel and their construction carries a lifetime warranty. So even if you decide to sell your Locoparasaxo™ stand this warranty will remain valid. In addition, we offer a free replacement part service for all additional components of our stands for a period of 10 years. After 10 years replacement parts are still free but we will charge a small fee for postage. Of course we covers all defects which are clearly manufacturing defects. These have to be reported to us by email to info@locoparasaxo.com within seven (7) business days after receiving your order, accompanied by clear pictures of the defect. Please also read the conditions of our Shipping and Return Policy.

If you purchased one of our products from a local dealer, contact them first with any warranty issues. The warranty does not cover the following:

Damages resulting from faulty or improper mounting. Product defects which are the result of improper use, exceptional environmental conditions, abnormal operating conditions, strain or inadequate maintenance or care. Product defects which are caused by the use of replacement parts which are not original components. Products which have been modified or altered.
