Stand for Alto and Tenor Saxophone
Soul Prop. is a great stand that fits both tenor and alto saxophones. Its slim body is well appreciated by many customers, and gently follows the contours of your saxophone. It is made of steel parts welded together, finished with a coating, and a rubber compound for protection and maximum grip on the metal surface of your instrument.
Having it out, facing you from its perk, will inspire you to play more! It saves space and prevents accidents, frustration, stress, and repair bills. Need more reasons ?

Mounting Instructions
Mounting Instructions
First, please check if the bell of your saxophone fits properly into the padded fork, and the bow support doesn't interfere with anything. As it is right now it will fit most alto's and tenors nicely, but there are always exceptions to the rule, so check that please.
If the bell doesn’t lower into the top bracket fully, you can gently pull it apart a little by hand. If it sits too loosely, push it together slightly. Do not put in a vice or use tools on it since that could damage the stand.
I strongly recommend to mount it with the main body of your sax forming a line between the 1 and 7 on a clock face.
Furthermore you should decide how you want your instrument to ‘sit’ in it. You could hold it up in front of the wall with your instrument in it in the preferred position, have someone else mark the holes and mount the stand accordingly. So some assistance comes in handy!
Especially with drywall it is of utmost importance to find a spot that offers solid footing for the screws, and has a stud or beam directly behind it. For stone walls you will have to drill holes and insert the wallplugs and screws. The little caps are to cover the screws. Put hem on the tip of your forefinger and place them over the screw’s head. Then, with a twisting movement of your finger feel for their proper position over the slot, then just push them in. Use some glue if all else fails.
If you use a cordless drill for the screws, make sure its chuck doesn’t damage the coating.
If for some reason you are not sure how or where to mount it, please contact us or get some professional help!
To keep the rubber in good shape you could occasionally put a little bit of silicone spray on a soft cloth and give it a gentle rub..

To keep the rubber in good shape you could occasionally rub it with a dash of silicone spray and a microfibre cloth. This also keeps its color dark and lush.
